It is a great looking and well built rifle and the feel of it is just perfect for me. I took it to a firing range and was the envy of my friends who did not have a Henry Rifle. The ease of loading, cocking and firing the rifle is very smooth and I am glad I decided on the Henry .22 LR."
"Being in my 60's, I finally bought on of the best .22 LR's on the market. HENRY"
"Thank you for the fun"

Nicest stock of any rifle I own! Just beautiful. Very proud of it. Thanks for a great product, and best wishes for tremendous growth and prosperity of you company."

I hold those attributes and more in my hands as I pick up my new Henry Repeating Arms Lever Action .22. Your people are to be congratulated for their care and skill in producing this firearm."
"I hold a sense of "Tradition" very dear. "Made in America" means the world to me. Those two factors brought me to my local Henry dealer. It was the feel of the .22 that sealed the deal. Experiencing the smoothness of the soon-to-be legendary action first hand, appreciating the precision fit of its parts, and admiring the beauty of the walnut grain; I knew this rifle would be mine."
"Please, pass along my thanks to everyone on your staff for designing, creating, and marketing such a fine firearm."

I liked it so much that also went out recently and purchased the 22 Magnum. Both rifles are top of the line. They'll stand up against the best in my opinion. Keep up making excellant rifles."
PS. I am looking forward to purchasing the 22 pump action thats my next one.

I have always wanted a lever 22 but would never pay the price tag for a Winchester, Browning or Marlin. I thank you for offering one at a reasonable price. I have had two people ask me what was wrong with mine and when I said not a thing they both asked "well why does it open so easily?" One even thought parts were missing due to its glass like smoothness of operation! I told them that Henry simply perfected the lever operated .22 and now they both own one which is good because I let one of them borrow mine and had to pry it back from him! He wanted to buy mine! Oh well he may have had to wait in line but he's got his own now. The golden boy is next on my list as well as my friends... I would like to see the H001 offered with a case hardened steel frame someday as it will look good on display beside the golden boy."

Your company is the greatest. Thank you again. I really appreciate your great staff at your company. I am thinking about purchasing another of your guns. The two that I have are super just like your company."

His grandpa reports he loves shooting it and can't wait to go hunting! The Golden Boy was a tremendous hit at our auction and the engraving pictured will become an annual tradition. We look forward to featuring Henry rifles at next year's Banquet and to a continuing partnership with Henry Repeating Arms."

My daughter started shooting a couple of years ago and I started her training with a very old bolt .22 that I own. The bolt gun is very accurate and was a great training tool. For hunting though, the old bolt proved to long and heavy for her to use without a rest. I searched for a smaller and lighter rifle for her to use. I decided on the youth model lever gun made by your company. I have to be honest and say that I expected to loose some of the accuracy that she had gotten used to. WOW. Was I ever wrong. This little rifle produced excellent grouping right out of the box and had one of the smoothest actions I have ever worked. It was an excellent choice and I will definitely be purchasing a second one for my son in a couple of years when he gets old enough to go a field with his sister and myself. "
"Thanks for your efforts gentlemen."

I mean the quality is just great. I also think you all should add a .22 Hornet and a .220 Swift to your line up."

This is a great rifle, I set up a target and shot 15 times. Sure enough, when I went and looked there were 15 holes. I also love the lever action, it's a great way to repeat a rifle. The 15 shot magazine is an improvement over the 5 shot clip on my old .22. I'm looking forward to your next rifles. "
"P.S. I think you should make a bigger bore rifle, like a thirty-thirty."

It is good to know that your company has taken such a position and uses the"Rifleman" as a method to reach real Americans."
"Today, the 26 September 2002, I went to Vance Guns in Columbus, Ohio because you listed them as a stocking dealer of your products. I found and purchased "The Golden Boy" .22 Cal LR model manufactured by you. What a remarkable firearm it is, and you company slogan, "Made in America and Priced Right", truly says it all."
"My only regret is that I did not have such an awesome firearm when I was 15 years old instead of 75. Over the years I have hunted and shot competitively as a civilian and as a solider, but I cannot say that I enjoyed shooting any rifle any more than "The Golden Boy.""
"Thank you for making this remarkable firearm and for having such a knowledgeable dealer as Vance Guns."
"Best wished for long lasting success."

Because of the tang sight I installed, I was put in the class with scope sights, but I was still only six points away from winning a medal! I also took my little Henry on a prairie dog shoot this summer and it proved to be effective out to almost 100 yards. I absolutely love it. Thank you so much for building such a wonderful little tool."

It has one of the smoothest actions I have ever used. I am also looking to buy the Golden Boy .22 Magnum. I just wanted to let you know that I really do enjoy this gun and look forward to see new guns of yours in the future. Keep up the good work."

I purchased a Golden Boy several months ago and am very pleased with the look, feel, heft and accuracy of this rifle. Out of the box I was snapping twigs at 20 paces. I would have emailed sooner but I just got this computer, guns first other stuff later. To Everyone in Brooklyn, Keep up the Good Work!"

More to the point, thank you for resurrecting a lost piece of American History! Henry still remains the first repeating rifle which opened the gates for all modern day repeating firearms. Thank you for keeping our history alive. All Americans own you a debt of gratitude - even those anti-gun people. The Golden Boy was great when I wrote you. That was before I had the opportunity to take it to the range. Now it is better than great - terrific! I cannot say enough about it. The Henry even outperforms my Winchester 9422, and I never though that I would make that statement. I have purchased two Henrys, including on standard H001 Henry Lever Action. They are for my newborn grandson to give him give a rifle with American history behind it. Good luck and God Bless."

I took it out today, for the first time since I purchased it. I shot a little more than 450 rounds through it today. It was right on target out of the box. The adjustable sights were easy to use and I was able to quickly determine the sight alignment and place the rounds on the target from 25 to 75 yards."
"I have always wanted to own a lever action. The price has always been a stumbling block. My first rifle was a Remington single shot bolt action youth model which I received for Christmas 33 years ago and still own today. It is the only .22 I have owned until I saw this rifle at our local Walmart store. The price was unbelievable, for a lever action, and I bought it immediately upon seeing it."
"I have carried on about the price of this gun to everyone I have run into. I must say that I'll also be raving about the smoothness of the action after shooting it today. As a law enforcement officer I have fired many types of guns and I never have encountered one with an action as smooth as this one. "

My son and I shoot at a small outdoor range in Sumter, South Carolina. We are always showing his rifle off to other shooters out there. I have to tell you that it has the smoothest action of any rifle I have, and I don't know how you all can did it but the absolute best for the money !"

A truly fine specimen of a gun it is! I did not know that it was voted gun of the year by the Gun & Ammo readers until I purchased it. I love the fine finished. I really like the octagon shaped barrel, brass receiver, and brass end plate on the stock. It reminds me of the old west. Mr. B Tyler Henry really knew what he was doing, when engineered the lever action. The cartridges flow into the chamber with ease! I cleaned it real good on Saturday night and tried it out on Sunday. I encourage all that want a .22 caliber to give the Henry Golden Boy a try. A fine fun it is. I never want it to leave my possession. It shoots a target ((dead center)) with ease. I have never in my lifetime saw a gun on the market that looked so gorgeous that was so affordable. Thanks for making such a fine crafted gun!"

Recently my dear wife purchased a new Henry rifle for my collection of firearms. Although I am an avid shooter as well as minor collector, this was my first time with a Henry rifle. I am most happy to say I was not one bit disappointed! In fact it has now taken the front position in my cabinet. However, I must keep it under lock and key as I have several friends and brother-in-laws who would love nothing better then to borrow it and forget to return it! Most of them have other rifles, but none that can compare to the ease of use or the accuracy of this lever action .22."
"All I can say is that I am as proud as a new father and rest assured this rifle will remain in my collection and be handed down to my grandson!"
